Living Room: Spacious open plan living area with air conditioning / heating, settee, armchairs, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD, CD player and a selection of books, games and cd's.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor
at Hilltop, Safa Koy near the small coastal fishing village of Bogaz, approximately 16 miles north of Famagusta.
Opposite the apartment is the roof top swimming pool
Patio doors lead onto covered balcony with table and chairs with views to the sea. Stairs leading to Roof Terrace: Large open plan terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs and panoramic views of sea and mountains.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all new appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and all kitchen utensils.
Bedrooms: Both air conditioned, bedroom 1 with double bed and ensuite shower room and bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over and toilet
A welcome pack will be provided on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring own towels for beach / pool.
